This package contains approximately 10 grams of dehydrated sourdough starter, enough to bring back to life and begin your own active sourdough culture. With just flour, water, and a few days of feeding, you’ll have a bubbly starter ready for baking. Instructions are included inside the package to guide you through the simple rehydration process. There’s even enough to share a little with a friend so they can start their own sourdough journey too.
